4. Iestatīšana un instalēšana
Proper installation is crucial for the accurate and reliable operation of the XM-18G controller. Refer to the wiring diagram for connections.
4.1 Sensor Connection:
- Connect the temperature sensor to the designated 'T' terminal and 'GND' terminal on the back panel.
- Connect the humidity sensor to the designated 'H' terminal and 'GND' terminal on the back panel.
- Ensure secure connections to prevent inaccurate readings.
4.2 Output Connections:
The controller provides multiple output terminals for connecting various incubator components. Refer to Figure 2 for the exact layout.
- Apkures elementi: Connect primary and auxiliary heating elements to the 'Heating1' and 'Heating2' terminals.
- Egg Turning Motor: Connect the egg turning motor to the 'Turn Right' and 'Turn Left' terminals.

- Moistening Device: Connect the moistening device to the 'Humidity Control' terminals.
- Sterilizer/Light: Connect the sterilizer and light to their respective terminals as indicated.
4.3 Strāvas pieslēgums:
Connect the AC 180V~240V, 50HZ power supply to the 'L' and 'N' terminals on the back panel. Ensure the power source matches the controller's requirements.

5. Lietošanas instrukcijas
The XM-18G controller features an intuitive interface for monitoring and adjusting incubation parameters.
5.1 Display Interpretation:
- Temperature °C: Displays the current temperature inside the incubator.
- Mitrums%: Displays the current relative humidity inside the incubator.
- Egg Turning Times: Shows the number of times eggs have been turned.
- Izšķilšanās dienas: Indicates the number of days since incubation started.
- SV°C / SV%: Displays the set values for temperature and humidity.
5.2 Pogu funkcijas:
- SET taustiņš: Enters parameter setting mode. Press and hold to cycle through settings.
- '+' taustiņš: Increases the value of the selected parameter.
- '-' atslēga: Samazina atlasītā parametra vērtību.
- Labi taustiņš: Confirms the set value and exits setting mode.
5.3 Parametru iestatīšana:
- Nospiediet un turiet IESTATĪT key for a few seconds until the display starts flashing, indicating entry into setting mode.
- Izmantojiet IESTATĪT key to cycle through different parameters (e.g., temperature set point, humidity set point, egg rotation cycle, air exchange cycle).
- Izmantojiet '+' un '-' keys to adjust the desired value for the selected parameter.
- Nospiediet pogu OK key to confirm the setting and move to the next parameter, or to exit setting mode if all parameters are adjusted.
5.4 Work Indicators:
The controller features several indicator lights to show the status of various functions:
- VENTILATORS: Norāda, ka ventilators darbojas.
- HEAT1 / HEAT2: Indicates primary or auxiliary heating is active.
- UZ AUGŠU UZ LEJU: Indicates egg turning direction.
- Slapjš: Indicates moistening is active.
- Trauksme: Indicates an alarm condition (e.g., temperature/humidity out of range).
6. Apkope
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your XM-18G controller.
- Tīrīšana: Periodiski noslaukiet kontroliera virsmu ar mīkstu, sausu drānu. Izvairieties no abrazīvu tīrīšanas līdzekļu vai šķīdinātāju lietošanas.
- Sensoru kopšana: Keep the temperature and humidity sensors clean and free from dust or debris. Do not immerse sensors in water.
- Ventilācija: Ensure the controller's ventilation openings are not obstructed to prevent overheating.
- Uzglabāšana: Kad kontrolieris netiek lietots, uzglabājiet to sausā, vēsā vietā, pasargājot to no tiešiem saules stariem un ekstremālām temperatūrām.
7. Traucējummeklēšana
If you encounter issues with your XM-18G controller, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
7.1 Nav strāvas:
- Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the controller and the power outlet.
- Pārbaudiet, vai strāvas kontaktligzda darbojas.
- Ensure the power switch on the controller is in the 'ON' position.
7.2 Inaccurate Temperature/Humidity Readings:
- Ensure the temperature and humidity sensors are correctly connected to their respective terminals (refer to Section 4.1).
- Check if the sensors are clean and free from obstructions.
- Verify that the sensors are placed appropriately within the incubator, away from direct heat sources or drafts.
7.3 Egg Turning Not Functioning:
- Confirm that the egg turning motor is correctly wired to the controller (refer to Section 4.2).
- Check the egg rotation cycle and period settings to ensure they are configured correctly (refer to Section 5.3).
- Inspect the motor for any physical obstructions or damage.
7.4 Heating/Moistening Not Activating:
- Verify that the heating elements or moistening device are correctly wired to the controller.
- Check the set temperature and humidity values. The heating/moistening will only activate if the current readings are below the set points.
- Observe the 'HEAT' or 'WET' indicator lights to confirm if the controller is sending the signal.
