Download the BIGGERFIVE app (or VeryFitPro for older models) from the App Store or Google Play. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, open the app, and navigate to the 'Add Device' section to search for and bind your watch. Do not pair the watch directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Most BIGGERFIVE trackers, such as the VIGOR and BRAVE series, are rated IP68 or 5ATM waterproof. They are suitable for swimming in pools, hand washing, and rain, but should not be used in hot showers, saunas, or for deep diving.
If the screen is off, long-press the touch key or physical button for a few seconds. If the device does not turn on, it may need to be charged to activate it before first use.
The device typically records sleep data only if the continuous sleep duration is more than 3 hours. Ensure the watch is worn correctly on the wrist during sleep and sync the data with the app after waking up.
For many models like the VIGOR, remove the strap to reveal the built-in USB plug and insert it into a standard USB charger. For models with a magnetic charging cable, attach the magnetic pins to the charging points on the back of the watch.
