Traucējummeklēšana (FAQ)

Q: The camera cannot record video or take photos?
A: Ensure you are using a suitable memory card (Speed over Class 10, up to 256GB) and that it is formatted properly and inserted correctly.
J: Kamera automātiski pārtrauc ierakstīšanu?
A: Format the memory card in the settings menu. The G-sensor might be triggered too often, locking too many video files. Try keeping the sensitivity low.
Q: The camera cannot turn on?
A: This camera features a built-in battery for saving video files after external power cuts off, not for continuous operation. It will not turn on without external power supply. Check the power supply, ensure it's connected properly, the power indicator on the power adapter is on, and connectors are tight.
J: Vai ierakstītais video nav skaidrs?
A: Make sure there are no fingerprints or dirt on the lens. Try adjusting the angle to avoid blocks, glare, or windshield reflections.
Q: The camera crashes or is not responding to operations?
A: Use a pin or unfolded paper clip to press the RESET button to restart the camera.

Lietotāju padomi

  • For optimal parking monitoring, consider purchasing the hardwire kit. This enables 24-hour surveillance and time-lapse recording, saving memory space.
  • Regularly check the rear camera's lens for dirt or condensation, especially if installed externally, to ensure clear reversing views.
  • Experiment with the G-sensor sensitivity settings. If you experience frequent locked files from minor bumps, reduce the sensitivity.
  • Utilize the Wi-Fi app for easy video review and sharing. It's a convenient way to access footage without removing the SD card.
  • When adjusting the camera angle, remember that the view angle adjustment is disabled in dual-camera display modes. Switch to a single camera view for precise adjustments.
