Svarīgi drošības norādījumi
Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in property damage or personal injury. Always exercise caution when operating a pressure cooker.
- Izlasiet visus norādījumus: Before using the pressure cooker, read all instructions thoroughly.
- Bērni: Ja spiediena katlu izmanto bērnu tuvumā, ir nepieciešama rūpīga uzraudzība.
- Karstās virsmas: Nepieskarieties karstām virsmām. Izmantojiet rokturus vai pogas.
- Karstie šķidrumi: Pārvietojot spiediena katlu, kurā ir karsti šķidrumi, jāievēro īpaša piesardzība.
- Pareiza lietošana: Nelietojiet spiediena katlu citiem mērķiem, izņemot paredzēto lietošanu.
- Pārpilde: Never fill the pressure cooker more than two-thirds full. For foods that expand during cooking (e.g., rice, dried vegetables), do not fill more than half full. Overfilling can cause clogging of the vent pipe and safety valve.
- Vent Pipe Clearance: Always check that the vent pipe is clear before each use.
- Drošības vārsts: Ensure the safety valve is correctly installed and not damaged. Replace if necessary.
- Blīvējums: Always ensure the rubber gasket is properly seated and not worn or cracked.
- Opening Safely: Never force open a pressure cooker. Ensure the internal pressure is completely released before opening the lid.
- Siltuma avots: Use on appropriate stovetop burners. Do not use in an oven.
Iestatīšana un pirmā lietošanas reize
Izpakošana un sākotnējā tīrīšana:
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the pressure cooker and its components.
- Nomazgājiet plīts korpusu, vāku, blīvi un spiediena regulatoru ar siltu ziepjūdeni. Rūpīgi noskalojiet un pilnībā nosusiniet.
- Inspect all parts for any damage or manufacturing defects. Do not use if any part is damaged.

Assembling the Lid:
- Insert the rubber gasket into the groove on the underside of the lid. Ensure it is seated evenly and securely.
- Place the pressure regulator onto the vent pipe on the lid. It should fit snugly.
Lietošanas instrukcijas
Filling the Cooker:
- Add food and liquid to the cooker. Always ensure there is sufficient liquid to generate steam.
- Do not fill the cooker more than two-thirds full (2/3 mark).
- For foods that expand (e.g., rice, lentils, beans), do not fill more than half full (1/2 mark).

Figure 3: Visual guide illustrating recommended filling levels for various pressure cooker capacities.
Vāka aizvēršana:
- Novietojiet vāku vienā līmenī ar plīts korpusu.
- Lower the lid into the cooker body and rotate the handle to lock it securely. Ensure the lid is fully closed and sealed.
Heating and Pressure Build-up:
- Place the cooker on a stovetop burner over medium-high heat.
- Steam will begin to escape from the vent pipe. This is normal.
- After a few minutes, the pressure regulator will begin to rock or whistle, indicating that full pressure has been reached. Reduce heat to maintain a steady rocking/whistling.
- Begin timing your recipe once the pressure regulator starts to operate consistently.
Releasing Spiediens:
Ir divas galvenās atbrīvošanas metodesasing spiediens:
- Dabiskā izdalīšanās: Remove the cooker from heat and allow it to cool down naturally. The pressure will gradually decrease. This method is suitable for foods that benefit from additional cooking time or are prone to foaming.
- Ātra atbrīvošana (zem auksta ūdens): For faster pressure release, carefully place the cooker under a cold water tap, allowing water to run over the lid (avoiding the pressure regulator and vent pipe). This method is suitable for delicate foods that can overcook quickly.
Svarīgi: Never attempt to remove the pressure regulator or open the lid while the cooker is under pressure.
Opening the Cooker:
- Ensure all pressure has been released. The pressure regulator should no longer be rocking, and no steam should be escaping from the vent pipe.
- Carefully rotate the lid handle to unlock and remove the lid. Always open the lid away from your face to avoid residual steam.
Apkope un kopšana
Tīrīšana:
- After each use, allow the cooker to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wash the cooker body, lid, gasket, and pressure regulator with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots or corrosion.
- Piezīme: Šis spiediena katls ir NAV Droši mazgājams trauku mazgājamā mašīnā. Ieteicams mazgāt ar rokām.
Blīvju kopšana:
- Regularly inspect the rubber gasket for cracks, tears, or hardening. A worn gasket can prevent proper sealing.
- Replace the gasket if it shows signs of wear or if the cooker fails to build pressure consistently.
- Store the gasket separately from the lid to prolong its life.
Safety Valve and Vent Pipe:
- Ensure the vent pipe is clear of any food particles before each use. Use a thin wire or brush if necessary.
- Inspect the shielded safety valve periodically for any blockages or damage. Replace if it appears compromised.
Rokturu kopšana:
- Ensure the handles are securely fastened. Tighten screws if they become loose.
- The handles are designed to be non-corroding for long-term use.
Problēmu novēršana
| Problēma | Iespējamais cēlonis | Risinājums |
|---|---|---|
| Spiediens neveidojas | Lid not closed properly, worn gasket, insufficient liquid, clogged vent pipe. | Ensure lid is locked, replace gasket, add more liquid, clear vent pipe. |
| No vāka noplūst tvaiks | Gasket improperly seated or worn, lid not closed correctly. | Re-seat gasket, replace gasket, ensure lid is fully locked. |
| Grūtības atvērt vāku | Atlikušais spiediens iekšpusē. | Ensure all pressure is released. If still stuck, cool completely under cold water. |
| Ēdiens piedeg apakšā | Insufficient liquid, heat too high. | Add more liquid, reduce heat once pressure is reached. |
