- Ensure you have selected the correct size based on the sizing guide.
- Unfasten all straps on the brace.
- Position the brace around your knee, ensuring the open popliteal area is correctly aligned behind your knee and the kneecap opening is centered over your kneecap.
- Secure the lower calf strap first, followed by the upper thigh strap. Adjust for a snug, comfortable fit without being too tight.
