The Pic Solution ClearRAPID is an advanced automatic arm-type blood pressure monitor designed for accurate and comfortable home use. It incorporates Rapid Tech - Comfort Experience technology, which measures blood pressure during cuff inflation, ensuring a quick and pleasant experience. The large, backlit display provides clear readings even in low light conditions. This device is equipped with features such as an irregular heartbeat detector, an arm movement sensor, and a real-time pressure level indicator. It also stores up to 200 readings for two users or morning/evening measurements and calculates the average of the last three readings, making it a valuable tool for consistent health monitoring.

4. Iestatīšana

4.1 Akumulatora uzstādīšana

1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the device.
2. Insert four (4) AAA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.

4.2 Aproces stiprinājums

1. Connect the air tube of the cuff to the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor unit.
2. Ensure the cuff is suitable for your arm circumference (M-L size: 22-42 cm).
3. Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
4. The bottom edge of the cuff should be above the elbow. The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over your brachial artery (on the inside of your arm).

5. Lietošanas instrukcijas

5.1 Pirms mērīšanas

• Pirms mērījuma veikšanas atpūtieties vismaz 5 minūtes.
• 30 minūtes pirms mērīšanas atturieties no ēšanas, alkohola lietošanas, smēķēšanas vai fiziskām aktivitātēm.
• Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs.
• Place your arm on a table so that the cuff is at heart level.
• Mērīšanas laikā nekustieties un klusējiet.

5.2. Mērījuma veikšana

1. Ensure the cuff is correctly attached to your arm and the air tube is connected to the monitor.
2. Nospiediet pogu START/STOP button to turn on the device. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically.
3. Remain still and do not talk during the inflation and measurement process. The Rapid Tech - Comfort Experience technology will measure during inflation.
4. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA), and pulse (Pul/min) readings will be displayed on the screen.
5. Nospiediet pogu START/STOP button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.

5.3 Lasāmvielu izpratne

• SISTOLISKS (SPI) The highest pressure in the arteries when the heart beats.
• DIA (diastoliskais spiediens): The lowest pressure in the arteries when the heart rests between beats.
• Pul/min (Pulse Rate): The number of heartbeats per minute.
• Neregulāras sirdsdarbības detektors: If an irregular heartbeat is detected, a corresponding symbol will appear on the display. Consult your doctor if this symbol appears frequently.
• Arm Movement Sensor: An icon will appear if excessive arm movement is detected during measurement, indicating a potentially inaccurate reading.

5.4 Atmiņas funkcija

The ClearRAPID monitor can store up to 200 readings, organized into two user areas (A and B), or for morning and evening measurements. It also automatically calculates the average of the last 3 readings.

• To access stored readings, press the MEM pogu.

• The average of the last 3 readings will be displayed first when accessing the memory.
