- Machine Not Working/Leaking: If the machine does not power on, produces no coffee, or shows signs of internal leaking, first check the power connection and water tank. For persistent or severe issues like internal leaks, contact customer support.
- No Milk Froth: Ensure the steam wand is clean and not clogged. Use fresh, cold milk.
